1. The Service
HoopBrief is a basketball intelligence platform operated by Buildalytic. The Service provides AI-assisted analytics, matchup intelligence, and performance insights. All analysis is generated with AI assistance and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes or professional advice.
2. Accounts
You must create an account with accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
HoopBrief operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Fees are billed in advance in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancel anytime through account settings - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. AI-Generated Content
Intelligence provided through HoopBrief is generated with AI assistance. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. AI analysis may contain errors or reflect outdated information. Do not rely solely on HoopBrief output for decisions with financial or professional consequences.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: redistribute or resell content; scrape or crawl the Service; reverse-engineer the platform; use it to build competing products; or share account credentials with others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and analytics are property of Buildalytic. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildalytic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on HoopBrief intelligence. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in the State of Delaware. You waive your right to a jury trial and class actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
