The advantage
Switching trades matchups for mismatches. Your job is to find the worst defender and the slowest switch, then hunt them early in the clock.
First action
Empty-side ball screen to force the switch, then attack before the help can load from the weak side.
Personnel target
Screen with the man guarded by their slowest-footed big; re-screen if they switch back to reset the matchup.

If they pre-switch the screen, slip it. The screener’s defender is now two steps out of position at the rim.
